Located in a quiet area, this hotel has easy access to the medieval city center. We enjoyed the chilled bubbly in the evening sun from the gardens. the modern bathrooms with fluffy towels and robes were very comfortable.

The fitness room and pool area could use some improvement.

Convenient location, just 5 mins walk to the old centre of Sarlat.  The Garden Suite was excellent, but not cheap.

Sarlat Cathedral is only 10 minutes' walk away from the place. Short way from Les Tulipes, where you can have lunch...

The bed was comfortable and the staff was friendly, so I definitely recommend staying here.

The sheer luxury of having clean sheets on every day of a three day stay. Extremely helpful staff. Breakfast was really good. Shame it doesn't have a restaurant,it would have been nice to have dined there as well.

Beautiful and spacious room with all the modern amenities. Large bathroom with jacuzzi bath, plush towels and designer toiletries. Relaxing grounds around the hotel with a pool and lounging area. Perfect location, about a 10 minute walk into the old town, and close to a wonderful restaurant. Couldn't ask for better!

Absolutely nothing!!!

I was very disapointed - I found the hotel on the internet while driving to Sarlat. It looked on the intenet as luxury and the price also indicated it to be a fantastic place, even the photos were nice. Coming to the hotel with no easy parking, long walk to the old city and awful furniture. I have styed at many luxury hotels in the world. Your hotel does not come even close!! My husband and me stayed at the suite B... and the only positive word I can use is, that the bed was good.

The room was excellent - comfortable and combined modern facilities with traditional design.

Breakfast was expensive at 20 euros and selection constrained by menu categories.

Christmas at this hotel was a great experience! the decoration was beautiful and the staff was very welcoming. the breakfast was excellent, offering a variety of pastries and fresh fruits. the location was perfect, close to the main attractions and with easy access to transportation. We also enjoyed the spa and the pool area, which were clean and well-maintained, providing a relaxing atmosphere.

That the rooms were a bit small and outdated. the bathroom had some minor issues with the shower and the towels were a bit old.

We had a great stay at a hotel in this city. Best aspects were the ideal location, just a 10-minute walk from the bustling town centre and in close proximity to interesting villages. Additionally, opposite the hotel was a boulangerie where we enjoyed fresh croissants every morning. The hotel facilities were clean and comfy, and its sizeable parking space made it easy to come and go by car. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, particularly the receptionist who greeted us on arrival.

Great central location to explore the area with parking close by. The continental breakfast was a good start to the day with a nice dining room.

I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The room was spacious and provided enhanced comfort with a nice sheltered private balcony. I felt like I was in my own chateau with the big windows, shutters, and heavy drapes. The location up a steep hill in a quiet area was perfect for a peaceful getaway. The hotel offered excellent services including room service, dry cleaning, bicycle hire, and laundry. The welcome drink was a nice touch and the room amenities such as ironing facilities, heating, and air conditioning made my stay even more comfortable. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a convenient feature, allowing me to stay connected. The staff were courteous and accommodated every request with a smile, unlike the grumpy receptionists I encountered elsewhere. The buffet breakfast was delicious and the dining area had a cozy atmosphere.

This place is highly recommended to family and friends.
